This is a non-smoking no pets house that is located on the beach side of West Avenue in a family oriented neighborhood close enough to walk to the major attractions, yet far enough away from the heavy traffic and noise. Both bathrooms have built in hair dryers. A cot and/or crib are available upon request. A full modern kitchen complete with kitchen-island, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, under counter CD/radio, coffee maker, electric wok, and toaster oven. For entertainment purposes when not at the beach or walking the boards there is a 27” TV with DVD/VCR (large movie library) and front game jack for those who can’t leave the Play station behind. The house has central air/heat and ceiling fans throughout. There is a beautiful gas fireplace in the living area, which is perfect for romantic getaways or getting the chill out on a cold winter weekend. Private enclosed outside shower and storage available for bikes and chairs. Men's and lady's bikes available for use, and perfect to get around town. Front porch with large swing and rear balcony. Has off street and private parking for two cars. Four beach tags are provided for your convenience.
