WE RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY. WE DO NOT RENT FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR WEEK, COLLEGE TYPE RENTALS OR ANY UNRELATED TYPE GROUPS. WE LIVE NEXT DOOR. This two bedroom apartment is only a 2 minute walk or 10 houses away from the beach and boardwalk. The apartment comes with four beach badges for your use during your stay and to be returned upon departure. The living room has a three seat couch and two seat couch. There is also a 25" color TV with expanded cable and VCR/DVD players. One bedroom has a full sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is one cot in the closet. The eat in kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, stove/oven and all the pots/pans/utensils/glasses/dishes etc. that you could want. There in one window a/c unit that will cool both bedrooms. In the front of the apartment is a private enclosed porch with wicker chairs for reading a good book
